        Cerin – Thank YOU very much for the inspiration! Last night I made a really delicious salad after taking a “hunt & gather” trip to the grocery store earlier to collect some interesting, healthy seasonal ingredients i.e. butter lettuce in a bag that said it had already been washed 3 times so I didn’t have to, some cubed, extra-firm tofu, freshly, in-store roasted turkey breast (thinly sliced), some raw broccoli crowns, some fresh berries from Mexico that were an after thought, but they were on sale and looked pretty tasty, some seasoned croutons, slivered almonds, and a jar of blue cheese dressing…I threw all of the above into a big stainless steel salad bowl which went directly from the kitchen to the table and then into the dishwasher, and afterward felt very satisfied and full. Had some fresh melon for dessert, too. And I did a total of 140 (end-of-day total) phantom “air” deep knee squats so I slept pretty well, too. Ricardo
